Job summary

COS in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Floor Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver an inspiring customer experience that drives store sales and operational excellence.

You will guide styling, product knowledge, and a personalised shopping journey while overseeing store operations and acting as a brand ambassador. You may step in as Store Manager when required, with opportunities for development and growth within the H&M Group family.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment.
• Strong initiative, adaptability and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Offer customers high levels of service through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience.
• Analyse selling information and work with the store manager to maximise sales.
• Lead a team of sales assistants to maintain excellent service standards.
• Support recruitment and ensure induction and training of new starters.
• Assist the Store Manager in identifying future talents and developing their progression.
• Oversee store operations.
• Act as a brand ambassador and deliver the best customer experience.
• Step into Store Manager role when needed.
