Job summary

Malaysia Airports Berhad is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the Flight Operation Centre, including gate planning and check-in allocation at KLIA. You will ensure SOPs are followed, ISO/ISMS policies are observed, and daily operations run efficiently.

You will coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, ATC, ITD, AOCC and other parties, manage staff performance, and report to the FOC Manager. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Airport/Aviation Management (CGPA ≥3.0).
• Malaysian citizenship preferred; supervisory experience advantageous.
• Experience in operations coordination, gate/parking and check-in is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs are followed and ISO/ISMS policies are adhered to.
• Oversee day-to-day Flight Operation Centre operations and gate/parking allocations.
• Monitor aircraft parking bays, gate assignments and check-in operations as planned.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, ATC, ITD, AOCC and other agencies during operations.
• Prepare incident/operational reports and maintain shift logs.
• Lead and develop GAS/FIMS/FOC staff; ensure safety and discipline.
