Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Flight Operation Representative (FOR) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with duties spanning Malaysia and Thailand. You will interact with pilots, regulators and executives to enhance flight operations safety and product use across markets.

The role involves developing training, managing aircrew activities, and occasionally serving as Pilot in Command or instructor. Global travel and collaboration with diverse teams are essential aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Current FAA ATP or EASA ATPL or international equivalent.
• Current FAA or EASA First Class Medical certificate or international equivalent.
• Minimum 5000 hours total flight time in a public transport aircraft.
• Minimum 1000 hours of flight instructor time.
• Current Boeing type rating.
• Experience as a FAA Part 121 Airline Instructor Pilot and/or Line Check Airman, or International equivalent.
• Capable of traveling 60% of the time and international flight experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with key industry stakeholders and regulators.
• Acquires resources and leads process improvements for projects.
• Develops and executes project plans and sets operational goals.
• Performs training for aircrew, including familiarization and standardization.
