Job summary

SSP in Malaysia invites applications for Lounge Manager to oversee lounge operations, maintain service standards, supervise team members and drive guest satisfaction.

You will monitor procedures, manage budgets, train staff, and provide leadership while ensuring timely management reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role demands strong people skills, English communication, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skill and moderately conversant in English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Excellent team player, self-motivated and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage, ensure and monitor efficiency and smooth operations
• Monitor and ensure systems implemented and regulatory requirements are conducted in a consistent manner
• Manage budget and control cost
• Analyse monthly profit and loss and costing
• Brief, orientate and train new staff
• Provide leadership to a team staff
• Ensure high standard of reporting method and all-important information are shared to all staff
• Monitor staff appearance, attire, conduct and work attitude and emphasize the important of team spirit
• Ensure timely preparation of management report and to monitor and supervise on all administrative matters
• Assist in the staff recruitment and training
