Qualifications

SPM or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum five years of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance, repair, or inspection.
Strong understanding of heavy-duty vehicle systems and maintenance practices.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and safety standards.
Excellent communication and reporting skills; able to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety, reliability, and roadworthiness of the fleet by verifying vehicle inspections and repair works.
Collaborate with approved workshops and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues and improve fleet performance.
Ensure compliance with transportation safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate inspection records, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to address safety and operational risks.
Keep up to date with industry regulations and inspection standards to drive continuous improvement.
