Job summary

Linde Malaysia Sdn Bhd. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor (contract) in Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor, Malaysia to oversee the safety, reliability, and compliance of a critical transport fleet.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance, repair, or inspection.
• Strong understanding of heavy-duty vehicle systems, components, and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, inspection equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential safety and compliance risks.
• Good communication and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will ensure the safety, reliability, and roadworthiness of the fleet by verifying vehicle inspections and repair works.
• Furthermore, you will collaborate with approved workshops and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues and improve fleet performance.
• Ensuring compliance with transportation safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements will be a key part of your role.
• Additionally, you will maintain accurate inspection records, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to address safety and operational risks.
• You will also stay up to date with industry regulations and inspection standards to drive continuous improvement and support safe, efficient fleet operations
