Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Branch Support Operations (Fleet) to confirm car condition against inspection reports and assist customers with ownership transfers.

You will manage pre-delivery inspections, inbound/outbound inspections, vehicle handovers, and coordinate inter-branch transfers, Puspakom re-inspections, and stock counts. A background in automotive industry with at least 2 years, a valid driving license and willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualification in SPM / Diploma / Degree (in any discipline).
• Preferably candidates possess some level of Automotive Education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Automotive industry.
• A valid driving license with a clean record and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Confirm car condition against inspection report and assist with ownership changes.
• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and manage inbound/outbound inspections.
• Prepare vehicles for test drives and coordinate post-test drive touch-ups.
• Coordinate inter-branch vehicle transfers and SPM/Puspakom inspections.
• Update records in AppSheet and CarTracker; manage stock counts and vehicle tagging.
• Transport vehicles between yard and branches; receive and facilitate handovers.
• Collaborate with Logistics to ensure timely vehicle movement and photoshoots.
