Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with equipment knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Experience maintaining surface products and managing parts stores.
• Extensive mechanical/electrical engineering knowledge with EHS focus.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and spreadsheets.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote locations for extended periods.
• Maintenance management practices experience.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide OEM product support to customers via effective management systems.
• Drive cost reductions while maintaining safety and quality.
• Develop maintenance practices to ensure fleet availability per contract terms.
• Take responsibility for EHS performance and management.
• Manage all customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Promote Sandvik's image and service offerings through improvements.
• Support personal and career development of team members.
• Adhere to Sandvik policies, especially SHEQ.
