Job summary

Join an offshore marine organisation in a senior leadership role overseeing the management, maintenance, reliability, safety and operational readiness of the Group’s fleet.

You’ll lead the overall fleet management strategy, with responsibility for vessel performance, asset integrity, maintenance, dry dockings, fleet compliance and cost efficiency. The role also covers fleet expansion through newbuildings, vessel acquisitions, refurbishments and major technical projects.

As part of the senior leadership team, you’ll lead the Technical and Fleet Management functions, manage OPEX and CAPEX, monitor fleet performance through KPIs, and advise executive management on technical strategy, fleet investments and operational improvements.

Key Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience managing offshore support vessels or commercial fleets, including leading multidisciplinary Technical and Fleet Management teams.
• Strong background across fleet operations, technical management, dry docking, vessel maintenance and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding, including technical OPEX, CAPEX and fleet performance management.
• Seagoing experience as a Master Mariner or Chief Engineer would be highly regarded.
