Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad in Shah Alam seeks a dynamic B2B Fleet Sales Executive to develop and execute the company's fleet and corporate sales strategy, acquire new fleet customers, and manage existing accounts.

You will coordinate with workshop, finance, procurement and operations to ensure service delivery, monitor SLA compliance, prepare quotations, follow up POs, and negotiate contracts. This role requires strong relationship management and market insight to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's B2B fleet and corporate sales strategy.
• Acquire new fleet and corporate customers.
• Manage all existing fleet accounts and strengthen customer relationships.
• Coordinate with workshop operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor turnaround times and SLA compliance.
• Prepare and follow up quotations.
• Follow up pending POs.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and monitor payments.
• Review gross profit by customer and identify pricing improvements.
• Prepare monthly business performance presentations for the Country Manager.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Procurement and Workshop teams.
