Job summary

Cultivar Asia Pte Ltd seeks a results-driven B2B sales professional to grow our commercial and passenger vehicle portfolios in Malaysia.

You will build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, fleet operators, and government bodies, while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and negotiating favourable terms to hit targets.

A valid driving licence is required and you must be willing to travel for client meetings across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales in automotive, fleet, logistics or related industries.
• Strong network of corporate decision-makers and business clients in Malaysia.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close sales independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for client meetings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive, commercial vehicle, fleet, leasing, logistics, or related industries.
• Strong network of corporate decision-makers and business clients in Malaysia.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close sales independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Possess driving license

Preferred:

• Experience selling fleet vehicles, commercial vehicles, or corporate mobility solutions.
• Existing network with SMEs, MNCs, government bodies, GLCs, or fleet operators.
