Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a driven B2B Sales Executive or Corporate Account Manager with commercial vehicle or heavy equipment experience to drive enterprise fleet sales across Malaysia's Central region and the Johor corridor, based at KL HQ.

You will build high-value proposals, nurture major fleet partnerships with logistics firms, coordinate with HQ and regional teams for seamless delivery and post-sales support, and travel regularly to Johor for client meetings, site visits, and market

Qualifications

2 to 3 years of B2B sales experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, or heavy equipment.
Proven track record in corporate account management and high-value negotiations.
Possess a valid driving license, personal vehicle, and readiness for frequent travel between KL and Johor.
Prior experience within a truck dealership, heavy machinery, or fleet sales environment is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Secure new enterprise fleet accounts across both the Central region and the high-growth Southern corridor.
Nurture long-term partnerships with major fleet operators and logistics firms in both key markets.
Build custom commercial proposals combining vehicle sales, smart financing, and premium maintenance packages.
Partner with HQ and regional teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support for corporate clients.
Travel regularly to Johor for face-to-face client meetings, site visits, and market assessments.
