Provide safe and timely transportation for management, staff, and official visitors to meetings, site visits, and other official assignments. Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to the scheduled itinerary, and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and good condition of the assigned company vehicle at all times.
Possess a valid Malaysian Driving License (Class D)
Minimum 3 years of driving experience,preferably as a company or personal driver.
Experience in transporting senior management or corporate staff is an added advantage.
Proven safe driving record with no major traffic violations.
Proficiency in both languages Malay and English
Good knowledge of local roads, highways, and traffic regulations.
Ability to plan routes effectively to ensure timely arrival.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
Familiarity with navigation applications (e.g., Waze, Google Maps).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with management and guests.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to maintain records such as travel logs, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.

Arrange and coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs when required.
Ensure that vehicle documentation including road tax, insurance, and service records is valid and up to date.
Maintain records of travel logs, mileage, fuel consumption, and service schedules.
Assist in delivering or collecting official documents, parcels, or other administrative errands when required.
Comply with all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
