Job summary

Excellent Transport & Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a responsible full-time PSV Van Driver based in Johor Bahru.

You will handle airport transfers, private tours, and long-distance trips across Johor Bahru, Singapore, and other Malaysian locations, ensuring safety and punctual pickups. Requirements include a valid PSV license and Malaysian driving licence, Mandarin for customer service, knowledge of JB and Singapore routes, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PSV licence and Malaysian driving licence for the vehicle.
• Mandarin communication required for customer service.
• Bahasa Malaysia and basic English acceptable.
• Must hold a valid passport to travel Malaysia-Singapore.
• Familiar with JB, Singapore, and Malaysia routes.
• Prior experience in airport transfers or passenger transport preferred.
• Clean driving record with no serious offences.
• Must work roster including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to handle outstation/overnight trips when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide airport transfers, private transfers, and long-distance transport.
• Transport passengers safely across JB, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Ensure pickups/drop-offs are on time and safe.
• Assist passengers with luggage as needed.
• Plan routes using Google Maps/Waze and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections before trips and report issues.

• Provide airport transfers, private transfers, private tours and long-distance transportation.

• Transport passengers safely throughout Johor Bahru, Singapore and other parts of Malaysia.

• Ensure all pickups and drop-offs are completed safely and on time.

• Assist passengers with their luggage when required.

• Use Google Maps or Waze to plan suitable routes.

• Keep the company vehicle clean and in good condition.

• Perform basic vehicle inspections before every trip.

• Report vehicle problems, accidents or traffic summonses immediately.

• Communicate politely with customers and the operations team.

• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel, toll and parking expenses.
