Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will follow foreman and supervisor instructions to meet production schedules and quality standards while maintaining safety and housekeeping.

Responsibilities include preparing tooling and materials, operating basic hand tools, transferring items to post-cure ovens, performing quality checks, reporting issues, and carrying out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety protocols.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tooling and materials to run production according to schedule.
• Operate approved hand tools and basic machinery as required.
• Ensure tooling is clean and maintained; report issues to foreman or supervisor.
• Transfer pipe and fittings to post cure oven after wind.
• Perform quality control and document results.
• Comply with safety, housekeeping, and health procedures.
• Carry out other duties assigned by supervisor.

Responsibility

As production operator. you will be performed the task/job assigned by the foreman or supervisor to meet the production schedule, product quality, safety and housekeeping. It can be exciting rule and could be allow to operate approved hand machinery to complete the task given.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare the tooling to run the production according to schedule given.To collect and get ready the resin and material during the winding process for fitting production
• To ensure the tooling to be heat/transfer in the oven before production.
• To ensure all tooling standby must be clean and maintain in good operating condition. Any damage or hiccup must be report immediately to foreman or supervisor for further action.
• To transfer the pipe and fitting into post cure oven after wind.
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and record keeping procedure, and report problems if any to foreman or supervisor.
• To comply with all safety, housekeeping and health procedure at work or premise.
• Any other duties assign by superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum SPM Qualification or equivalent.
• Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
• Ability to carry physical works.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy).
• This role required you to work on rotating shifts.
