Job summary

NOV Malaysia is seeking a dependable production worker to prepare tooling and materials for winding production, ensuring tooling is heat-ready and properly transferred to ovens. You will assist with material handling and maintain clean, safe work areas.

The role requires basic reading of work instructions, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks on rotating shifts in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• PMR qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Able to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and manual labour in hot, dusty, wet and noisy environments.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the tooling to run the production according to schedule given.
• To collect and get ready the resin and material during the winding process for fitting production.
• To ensure the tooling to be heat/transfer in the oven before production.
• To ensure all tooling standby must be clean and maintain in good operating condition. Any damage or hiccup must be report immediately to foreman or supervisor for further action
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and record keeping procedure, and report problems if any to foreman or supervisor.
• To comply with all safety, housekeeping and health procedure at work or premise.
• Any other duties assign by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
• Ability to carry physical works.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy).
• This role required you to work on rotating shifts.
