Job summary

SSGE Bio Energy (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled mechanical fitter to join our workshop team. You will assemble, fit, and align mechanical components, following drawings and specifications.

The role involves hands-on installation, maintenance, and repairs of machinery. The ideal candidate has a secondary education or technical training, basic drawing reading skills, and a willingness to work overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of secondary school education or relevant technical training.
• Experience as a mechanical fitter is advantageous.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit mechanical parts according to drawings and specifications
• Measure, mark, cut, and align components accurately
• Assist with machinery installation, maintenance, and repairs
• Identify mechanical defects and report issues to the supervisor
