Job summary

CCK ENGINEERING & TRADING SDN BHD, Ipoh, Perak, is seeking personnel for fitting, assembly and fabrication works in line with project drawings and specifications.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in fitting or fabrication, can read technical drawings, and can work independently on-site while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in fitting or fabrication works.
• Ability to read and understand technical or fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of fitting tools, measuring instruments, and fabrication processes.
• Physically fit and able to work at site or project locations.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fitting, assembly, and fabrication works per technical drawings and project requirements.
• Measure, cut, align, and assemble pipes, metal parts, structures and related components prior to welding.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication layouts, and specs accurately.
• Perform material preparation, marking, grinding, and alignment works as required.
• Ensure all fitting and assembly works meet quality and safety standards.
• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment before use and report defects to supervisor.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the worksite.
• Comply with safety regulations, site requirements, and company procedures.
• Assist welders and other team members during fabrication and installation as needed.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Company or supervisor.

• To carry out fitting, assembly, and fabrication works in accordance with technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• To measure, cut, align, and assemble pipes, metal parts, structures, and related components prior to welding activities.
• To read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication layouts, and technical specifications accurately.

• To ensure all fitting and assembly works are completed according to quality and safety standards.
• To inspect materials, tools, and equipment before use and report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
• To maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the worksite.

• To assist welders and other team members during fabrication and installation works when required.
