Job summary

Virtual Builders Sdn Bhd seeks a BIM Modeler for a Nilai, Negeri Sembilan data centre project. You will develop Fire Protection BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, produce shop, coordination, and as-built drawings, and coordinate with multiple trades to resolve clashes.

You will ensure adherence to BIM standards, deliverables, and documentation, with opportunities to advance in multidisciplinary projects and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire Protection BIM modelling and technical drawing production.
• Ability to interpret drawings and project requirements.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination and modelling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Fire Protection BIM models in Revit.
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built docs.
• Coordinate with architects and other MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Support submissions and update models per comments and client needs.
• Ensure models meet BIM standards and LOD requirements.
• Record progress and maintain deliverable traceability.
• Verify service routes and equipment locations with site teams.
