Cititel Express Kota Kinabalu is seeking a Fire Life Safety Officer to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property in Kota Kinabalu. The role involves monitoring fire safety standards, conducting inspections and drills, and coordinating with departments to maintain a safe hotel environment.

Responsibilities

Job description

As a Fire Life Safety Officer at Cititel Express Kota Kinabalu, you will play an important role in ensuring the safety of our guests, employees, and hotel property. This full-time position is based in Kota Kinabalu and will involve monitoring fire safety standards, conducting inspections and drills, and ensuring the hotel is prepared to respond effectively to emergencies.

What you'll be doing

Conduct regular fire safety inspections throughout the hotel and identify potential hazards

Ensure fire exits, emergency routes, fire doors, and fire safety equipment are accessible and in good condition

Respond to fire alarms, emergencies, and other safety incidents

Maintain accurate records of fire safety inspections, drills, incidents, and equipment

Report safety issues and follow up with the relevant departments for corrective action

Work closely with Security, Maintenance, and other departments to maintain a safe hotel environment

Assist during inspections by the Fire Department and relevant authorities

What we're looking for
