Job summary

Finsmart Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven product professional to manage overseas securities trading product requirements and design. You will research requirements, draft prototypes, and ensure clear documentation and acceptance testing.

You'll regularly analyze competitors, gather business feedback, identify user needs, and drive feature optimization while coordinating with business, UI, development, and QA teams to support launches and iterative improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, computer science, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in internet finance product or app client design and requirements analysis.
Experience in product operations at securities firms or internet finance companies preferred; fund-related knowledge is a plus.
Proficient with requirement management and product design tools; strong interactive design prototype skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for requirement management and product design for overseas securities trading products.
Track competitors, collect business feedback, identify user needs, and optimize features.
Collaborate with business, UI, development, and QA teams; support launches and iterations.
Handle post-launch issues and acceptance testing; perform ongoing improvements.
Complete other tasks assigned by management.
