Job summary

NEXT Ventures is seeking a Product Manager for FNmarkets to shape the product vision for trading and brokerage ecosystems. You will align user needs, business priorities, and regulatory requirements to drive scalable fintech products across client-facing platforms and internal operations.

Leverage 5+ years in fintech product management, collaborate with engineering on APIs, and apply data-driven prioritization to deliver high-impact outcomes while working with Compliance and Risk to stay aligned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech environments.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs, database structures, and system architecture
• Experience applying data-driven prioritization frameworks such as RICE, Kano, or similar
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations to ensure high-quality, on-time releases
• Lead internal rollouts and training to drive adoption across operations and support teams
• Define product success metrics and continuously optimize based on data and user feedback
• Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment in all product developments
