Job summary

Hytech Consulting Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven paid advertising specialist to join our marketing team. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic networks, owning the full funnel from targeting to performance reporting.

You will monitor trends, test new formats, and translate data insights into actionable strategies for fintech and financial services clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other performance-driven networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, particularly for communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional markets.
• A self-starter attitude, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, etc.).
• Own the full paid ads funnel — from audience targeting and creative briefing to performance tracking and continuous optimization.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new paid ad opportunities and stay ahead of industry shifts.
• Test and iterate on different ad formats, messaging, and audience strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
