Job summary

BID Operations is seeking a Growth Acquisition Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to drive acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns across global markets. You will collaborate with Marketing Ops, Product, CRM, and regional teams to attract new users and boost engagement in fintech contexts.

The role is execution-focused and commercially driven, ideal for someone passionate about fintech marketing and performance optimization. Mandarin fluency is required for regional communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Social Media, Community Management, or related roles.
• Prior fintech or financial services experience preferred.
• Experience managing X (Twitter) accounts, communities, or social channels.
• Familiarity with fintech market trends and blockchain ecosystems.
• Fluency in Mandarin to support regional stakeholders and business partners.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience and interest in Fintech are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns across global markets.
• Support launching competitions, arenas, seasonal promotions, referrals, and product marketing initiatives.
• Develop campaign mechanics, reward structures, and user engagement initiatives for digital asset activity.
• Coordinate campaign execution across app, website, CRM, push notifications, EDMs, social media, and paid channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage external social media agency responsible for Twitter/X channel.
• Own content direction, campaign briefing, and performance outcomes of social media activities.
• Review, approve, and optimize agency-created content including posts, creatives, and engagement activities.
• Ensure social content aligns with trading campaigns, market narratives, and product priorities.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR, ROI) and provide feedback to agency.
• Identify fintech market trends and ensure agency content reflects these movements.
• Track key metrics including registrations and deposits; prepare weekly to post-campaign reports.
• Analyze campaign performance and user behaviour to generate actionable insights.
