Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, digital lending, or banking back-office operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and data handling.
• Comfort with SQL or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & Compliance: perform EKYC/AML screenings and loan document checks.
• Process Improvement & AI: identify bottlenecks and assist in AI tool rollouts.
• Reporting & Analytics: maintain dashboards and support management reporting.
