Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Manager, Operations Audit to lead and execute audits of core operational processes within a fintech environment. You will evaluate onboarding, transactions monitoring, dispute handling, and merchant operations to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.

The role requires 2–5 years in fintech or audit, a related bachelor’s degree, and professional certification considerations (CIA/ACCA/CPA).

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in fintech, e-wallet, digital banking, payments, or audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, IT or related field.
• CIA (or pursuing), ACCA/CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute audits of operational processes (onboarding, monitoring, dispute handling, merchant ops).
• Perform control testing, walkthroughs, and data validation.
• Document audit findings, root causes and evidence.
• Draft clear observations and recommendations.
• Support audit planning, risk assessment and remediation monitoring.
• Assist with data analytics / continuous auditing for transactions.
• Stay updated on fintech operational risks (fraud and AML/KYC).
