TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks a senior Compliance leader to own the end-to-end strategy and governance for AML/CFT and MSB regulatory requirements. You will partner with Product, Tech, and Business teams to embed regulatory discipline while enabling rapid growth.

Role requires proven engagement with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), extensive experience with AML/CFT programmes, and a leadership track record in high-volume fintech environments.

Formación

• Must meet “fit and proper” criteria as defined by Bank Negara Malaysia.
• Deep working knowledge of AML/CFT/CPF requirements including Risk-Based Approach, CDD, STR/CTR, and sanctions.
• Proven experience building end-to-end AML/CFT programmes in a regulated environment.
• Strong track record engaging with BNM — audits, submissions, supervisory interactions.
• Ability to influence business decisions and enforce compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own end-to-end compliance strategy aligned with BNM and MSB regulatory requirements.
• Lead regulatory submissions, licensing, audits, and reviews with precision.
• Maintain engagement with MSB industry practices to stay ahead of changes.
• Embed compliance into product design and operations from day one.
• Build and lead a high-performing compliance team and foster a proactive compliance culture.
