Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, CFD, Forex, Cryptocurrency, Investment, or Trading Platforms is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and a strong interest in financial markets are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with financial KOLs, affiliate networks, trading communities, or introducing broker (IB) programs is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English; additional languages will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage financial KOLs, trading influencers, affiliates, and content creators across multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with financial communities and industry influencers across regions.
• Expand partnership opportunities with trading educators, financial media, IBs, and affiliate partners.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of KOLs, affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Manage end-to-end KOL and affiliate campaigns, including outreach, onboarding, briefing, content review, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate campaign schedules and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Support regional marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Work with Business Development, Product, Branding, and Regional Marketing teams on integrated campaigns.
• Assist in planning promotional activities, webinars, online events, educational content, and community engagement initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, including traffic, leads, registrations, CPA, CPL, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
• Prepare campaign reports and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Analyse KOL and affiliate performance to optimise future collaborations.
• Stay up to date with financial market trends, trading communities, fintech developments, and social media platforms.
• Identify emerging financial influencers, investment communities, and partnership opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark marketing activities across the industry.
