Maersk in Malaysia seeks a Finance Operations Assistant to support AR/AP, customer/vendor master data, cost control, and finance administration activities. You will help monitor KPIs, process invoices, and coordinate with FACTOPS, Procurement, Operations, and HQ Finance.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–3 years of related experience is an advantage. Experience with SAP or SAP S4Hana is preferred to ensure smooth finance operations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in monitoring AR KPIs, invoicing, and billing issues.
• Verify supplier invoices, PO accuracy, and SAP workflow processes in AP.
• Prepare and update finance reports and trackers for GP, PDP, and labour costs.
• Maintain cost control and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide stakeholder support and administrative assistance to the Finance Operations team.
