Job summary

Newaction Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Operations role to manage the finished product warehouse, ensure accurate inventory, and process AutoCount transactions. You will coordinate with Production, Logistics, and other departments to ensure on-time customer deliveries.

The role requires 2–3 years in warehouse/logistics, a relevant degree, and strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain or related field.
• 2–3 years of warehouse/logistics experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with AutoCount is required or preferred.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and finished goods handling.
• Knowledge of stock receiving, issuing, counting and reconciliation.
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel and AutoCount.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory records and documentation.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with Production, Logistics, Sales and other departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the finished product warehouse.
• Receive, verify, label and store finished products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock movements.
• Process DOs and warehouse documentation with AutoCount.
• Coordinate with Logistics on delivery schedules and customer shipments.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping and proper stock handling.
• Prepare regular stock level and movement reports.
• Assist audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
