Job summary

EXIS TECH SDN. BHD. is expanding its production team and inviting motivated engineers to join our growing manufacturing operation in Malaysia. The role involves applying production procedures, driving 5S practices, and coaching operators to achieve on-time output.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged, and some travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant working experience is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel overseas for training and technical support, if required.
• 5-day work week.
• Annual leave (minimum 12 days, based on service).

Responsibilities

• Perform production department procedures with proper adherence.
• Practice 5S and maintain good housekeeping.
• Train, supervise and guide operators to complete jobs on time.
• Build good cross-department relationships.
• Improve work processes to reduce costs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of working area.
• Conduct stock takes as required.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by superior.
• Maintain proper line procedures and productivity.
