Job summary

Hytech Consulting Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Financial Performance Executive to independently handle financial reporting and analysis, supporting performance monitoring and strategic decisions. You will prepare monthly and quarterly reports and review project and departmental performance.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Excel and financial tools, and fluency in Chinese, with a collaborative environment and opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial performance reports.
• Reconcile accounts and review key project or departmental performance.
• Maintain performance sheets and financial databases.
• Analyze sales, overhead costs, and profit & loss trends.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and business review projects.
• Ensure accurate documentation and handling of sensitive financial data.

About the Role:

The Financial Performance Executive independently handles financial reporting and analysis tasks, supporting performance monitoring and business decision-making.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial performance reports
• Reconcile accounts and review key project or departmental performance
• Maintain performance sheets and financial databases
• Analyze sales, overhead costs, and profit & loss trends
