Job summary

OCBC e2 Power Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya seeks an Application Support professional to provide Level 2 production support and enhance banking applications.

The role covers monitoring, issue investigation, and impact analysis of changes, with shift work of 18 by 7 across two days off. Candidates should have experience with Java or .NET platforms, Linux/Windows servers, and DB knowledge in MS SQL or Oracle.

Qualifications

Work on shifts to provide 18 by 7 support with 2 days off.
Work location is Cyberjaya.
Experience with Java/ WebLogic/ WebSphere/ JBoss or .NET/ IIS platforms.
Knowledge of Linux/ UNIX or Windows Server.
DB knowledge MS SQL or Oracle.
Banking IT environment experience is a plus.
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and team player.
Able to work with cross border colleagues.

Responsibilities

Provide application support and enhancement for applications used in the bank.
Perform Level 2 of production support.
Perform problem investigation – problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development, and implementation.
Understand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes.
Perform application health check and monitoring.
