Definitive job description should be reviewed and discussed between you and your manager.**Job Descriptions:*** Provide application support and enhancement for applications used in the bank.* Perform Level 2 of production support* Perform problem investigation – problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development, and implementation.* Understand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes.* Perform application health check and monitoring# **Job Requirements:*** **Required to work on shifts on a rotational basis to provide 18 by 7 support with 2 days off.
