Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client data management, trade reconciliations, reporting, or business systems analysis
• Strong understanding of client hierarchies in financial systems
• Experience managing client records and entity mappings in CRM platforms (Salesforce)
• Strong analytical skills to produce actionable insights from cleaned data
• Experience establishing data quality controls and governance frameworks
• Collaborative, fast-paced, agile work style
• Interest in continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to trace root causes and solve complex data problems
• Hands-on data analysis, cleansing, aggregation, and workflow automation
