Job summary

RBC in Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Sales Operation Business Management to support the Sales Business Management team within GSRM. You will contribute to control, governance and business execution, coordinating data-driven insights and regulatory compliance to enable strong client service.

The role requires 2+ years in operations or data management, proficiency in Excel and Tableau, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Know Your Client administration with Sales and BCS for onboarding and regulatory compliance.
• Monthly analysis of low‑performing clients for GSRM OC review.
• Maintain sales CV split rules and team CV split to match business requests.
• Map desks, products and trades to sales people.
• Validate primary/secondary sales coverage and keep up-to-date per business needs.
• Maintain a deal highlights database for GSRM activities.
• Update GM Sales Org charts regionally.
• Compile weekly client performance commentaries.
• Ad hoc Sales Business Management support to on-site team as needed.
