Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a 12-month contract to drive monthly client KPI reporting. You will work with data from VBA/SQL/Access tools, coordinate with Global Client Operations, and help standardize reporting across locations.

The role requires 6–8 years in financial services, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, VBA, SQL, Access and Power BI. Office-based in IOI City, Putrajaya with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or Statistics.
• 6–8 years in financial services with at least 3+ years in analytics or business analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel with VBA, PowerPoint proficiency and basic MS Access.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly client KPI reporting, including data collection, validation and report delivery.
• Use VBA, SQL, Access and KPI Datamart to generate monthly KPI MIS reporting.
• Maintain EUC/Access databases and update per client requests.
• Collaborate with Global Client Operations to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Meet global client managers to discuss new reporting requirements and changes.
• Set up new Client KPI reports in Olis Dish Dash and standardize indicators.
• Support automation with IT and prepare operational procedure documentation.
