Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced finance leader to own financial performance, governance, planning and controls across multiple business operations.

The role requires a strong track record in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance, with multinational exposure and strategic leadership skills to drive profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing/export is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation and compliance.
• Multi-entity/regional finance exposure is an advantage.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Full-spectrum finance responsibilities across GL, AP, AR & reporting.
• Multi-entity financial consolidation across operations.
• Cash flow and working capital management.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Cost, margin and profitability analysis.
• Internal controls, governance and risk management.
• Audit, tax, banking and regulatory matters.
• Finance team performance and development.
• Digitalisation and process improvements in finance.
