• Group Finance Leadership: Lead group consolidation, Bursa reporting, statutory reporting, finance governance, and ERP controls across local and overseas subsidiaries.
  
• FP&A & Business Partnering: Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, financial analysis, KPI monitoring, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  
• Tax, Treasury & Risk Management: Oversee tax planning/compliance, transfer pricing, cash flow, banking relationships, working capital, and financial risk management.
  
• Controls, Audit & Compliance: Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and manage external/internal audits.
  
• Finance Transformation & Leadership: Lead finance automation, ERP optimisation, process improvement initiatives, while developing high-performing finance teams and supporting M&A and strategic projects.

Johor Bahru based opportunity. Lead a large finance function with responsibility for end-to-end Accounting.

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with experience / interests in BI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Competitive annual salary between MYR 270,000 and MYR 360,000.
