Job summary

Ecoworld International in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Executive, Finance to support accounting and treasury functions, prepare financial reports, and ensure accuracy of payables and receivables. The role interfaces with multiple stakeholders to maintain timely and compliant records.

You will assist with month-end closing, manage banking operations, monitor cash flows, and contribute to group reporting and fixed asset schedules, enabling robust financial control and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Familiarity with tax legislation and financial reporting.
• Basic knowledge of cash flow management and banking operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processing and reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly closing and financial statements.
• Review journal entries and ensure accuracy of GL.
• Monitor banking activities and manage cash flow.
• Assist in Cash Flow Reports and Group Reporting.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support audit requirements.
