Job summary

Jabil in Penang, Malaysia seeks an experienced Finance Transformation & PMO lead to drive enterprise initiatives across GBS Finance. You will govern programs, align stakeholders, manage risks, and realize benefits while partnering with IT, regional and global teams.

Responsibilities include governance, standardized PMO practices, and delivering measurable efficiency gains through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project management, PMO, finance transformation or business improvement.
• Experience leading regional or global cross-functional initiatives.
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Finance transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop charters, business cases, project plans, governance structures, and roadmaps.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies; drive governance.
• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Coach PMO teams and advance continuous improvement.
