Job summary

Jora Malaysia invites applications for Assistant Finance Manager in Finance Transformation & PMO to lead cross-functional finance transformation programs, aligning with the GBS roadmap and long-term strategy. You will partner with IT, regional stakeholders and Finance leadership to drive governance, planning and benefits realization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PMO/finance transformation, strong stakeholder skills, and familiarity with Power BI, SAP and MS 365; multinational exposure

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project governance and delivery methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid).
• Proven experience leading enterprise transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Treasury, Payroll, Costing).
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Analytical, organized and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with BI/analytics tools and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop charters, business cases, plans, timelines, governance, and roadmaps.
• Drive governance by monitoring scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and executive reviews.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables, and benefits realization meet objectives.
• Manage risks, issues and escalation; drive timely resolutions.
• Standardize PMO methodologies and governance across GBS Finance.
