Job summary

Brooks Automation Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Business Transformation Lead to join the Business Process Excellence team. You will own global SCP processes, drive standardization, and align with growth and digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership across functions, deep SCP/SIOP expertise, and hands-on Oracle Cloud SCP experience to reduce manual planning and enable scalable operations across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong domain knowledge in SCP/SIOP.
• Minimum 5+ years in Supply Chain Planning, SIOP, or related domains.
• Experience leading global process optimization and enterprise system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own global Supply Chain Planning processes and governance.
• Lead blueprinting, baseline configuration, and validation for SCP modules.
• Drive standardization, advanced analytics, and data governance across planning centers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance and IT.
• Support M&A integration and cross-site hand-offs.
• Travel as required.
