Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Business Transformation Lead for Supply Chain Planning to drive global process governance across Demand, Supply, SIOP and inventory at multiple sites. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT and Procurement to standardize end-to-end planning and maximize Oracle Cloud SCP adoption.

Based onsite in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia, you will lead blueprinting, configuration, and validation of SCP modules, champion data integrity, and enable scalable planning as

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or SIOP.
• Experience leading global business process optimization and enterprise system implementations.
• Strong understanding of multi-echelon planning and capacity constraints.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud SCP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own global Supply Chain Planning processes and governance across Demand, Supply, SIOP, and Inventory.
• Lead SCP blueprinting, baseline configuration, and validation for Oracle Cloud SCP modules.
• Promote adoption of standard Oracle SCP functionalities and ensure data integrity and scalability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT and regional teams to align planning with business goals.
• Drive global alignment and issue resolution across sites and functions.
