Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a finance transformation specialist to lead, coordinate, and implement projects across the finance and payroll domains. You will drive system implementations and process changes with focus on timely delivery and quality for end users.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, project management skills, and experience with ERP systems and MS Office. Excellent English communication is essential in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5–7 years of working experience in the related field are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and implement Finance and Payroll Transformation projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery of continuous improvement projects including robotic process automation for finance processes.
• Maintain systematic project tracking and provide regular status updates to management.
