Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a finance transformation specialist to lead, coordinate, and implement projects across the finance and payroll domains. You will drive system implementations and process changes with focus on timely delivery and quality for end users.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, project management skills, and experience with ERP systems and MS Office. Excellent English communication is essential in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5–7 years of working experience in the related field are preferred.

What is your mission?

• Lead, coordinate and implement projects under Finance and Payroll Transformation, which covers the system implementations and process change.
• Ensure the success and on time delivery of all continuous improvement projects including robotic process automation for finance processes.
• Ensure the success of projects are as-budget and output are provided with the quality as requested by the end users.
• Determinethe project strategy and approach with the development and aid of a detailed project charter, timeline and work breakdown structure. Execute, implementand coordinateall activities with regards to the assigned projects.
• Maintaina systematic tracking, monitorand follow up assigned projects, activities and KPI's as well as provideregular project status updates to the management.
• Perform project closure activities upon successful delivery of project including smooth handover of tasks to operational team as business as usual.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Preferable with 5-7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good knowledge in Accounting and operational systems, best practices within Finance and Payroll Department.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
• Project management skill with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Possess high integrity level (honesty and maintain secrecy of finance-related data) is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
