Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery integrity of a multi-market portfolio on Oracle Fusion ERP and Coupa S2P platforms. The role covers new-market roll-outs, uplift projects, AI initiatives and governance across data platforms, integrations, and peripheral systems.

You will lead a team of Delivery Programme Managers, partnering with the Platform Owner to ensure a single, auditable plan, risk view, and transparent executive communications through to

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology programme and portfolio delivery with multi-country scope.
• Experience leading large ERP/S2P transformations across markets.
• Proven ability to manage external partners and SOX/ITGC controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance or related field; MBA or professional certifications a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end portfolio delivery across Oracle ERP and Coupa S2P ecosystems through 2030.
• Maintain executive-ready portfolio plans with clear owners, dependencies, go-live dates and hyper-care windows.
• Run unified RAID, Change Control Board escalations and governance forums across internal and external partners.
• Drive Wave/Release delivery, design quality, data migration, cutover and hyper-care readiness.
