Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close for all units and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany balances.
• Support annual statutory reporting and audits with auditors and tax advisors.
• Maintain SOX compliance and internal controls across finance processes.
• Manage a team of Senior Finance Executives and assist in ad-hoc duties.
