• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data translation to insights.
• Experience with control, risk management and compliance processes.
• Proficiency in BI tools, analytics software, and ERP systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities, including expense reviews, accruals, reclassification journal entries, and the application of appropriate accounting treatments.
• Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks, SOX requirements, applicable regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare, analyze, and deliver financial reporting packages for corporate and executive leadership, including management reporting, ad hoc analysis, and actionable business insights.
• Oversee recurring close and reporting processes, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial information.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business priorities, provide strategic financial guidance, and support informed decision-making.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement by promoting best practices across teams and functions.
• Identify, challenge, and enhance existing processes, controls, and ways of working to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
• Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives by leveraging technology, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and business insights.
