Job summary

FMX (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Reporting Executive to join our Accounting team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role focuses on preparing, analysing, and presenting financial reports to support informed decision-making and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

The position contributes to financial governance and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include assisting with monthly close, preparing management reports, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Professional in Accountancy.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant Accounting/Finance experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
• At least 2 years of audit experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of double-entry accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Financial Reporting Manager in monthly close for Group and Company to meet deadlines.
• Support monthly management reports and ad hoc analyses as required.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data entries in systems.
• Maintain audit schedules for monthly close and respond to audit requests.
• Assist during internal and external audits with required schedules and testing.
